LASP is currently flying 4 satellites, AIM, SORCE, QuikSCAT, and ICESat. To date, LASP has operated 8 spacecraft. This is more than any other university laboratory. Below is a timeline of LASP Spacecraft Operations:

Current Missions:
- AIM: Aeronomy of Ice in the Mesosphere (launched: April 25, 2007)
- SORCE: Solar Radiation and Climate Experiment (launched: January 25, 2003)
- ICEsat (launched: January 12, 2003)
- QuikSCAT (launched: June 19, 1999)
